Financial advice

The financial advice service: a service which allows solicitors to pass over the complex task of advising on what to do with the pension arrangements after the divorce is concluded. We can provide this service in conjunction with your own preferred IFA.

If you use our report service, one of our local consultants will contact you to offer to discuss the findings of the report and what other options might be suited to the circumstances. Our consultants are trained to be familiar with the various options on pensions and divorce and will be able to explain the report findings and the implications for settlement as well as assist with the implementation of any pension agreement or court order.

If you have not used the report service, you can contact us as set out below and we will arrange for one of our consultants to contact you.

To use this service your client will need to complete an Applicant Profile Form so that we can ensure our advice is suitable to your client's needs. Forms will be provided by our consultants or can be obtained by contacting our main office at:
